Why do we plant trees?<\/h2>

Almost 40% of all clothing production is never utilised. This means a dump truck of textile waste goes to landfill, every second. Climate change is driven by the CO2 pollution from making things, some of which are never even used.<\/p>

We want to do things differently so we\u2019re not part of the problem. We don\u2019t want to make clothes you feel guilty about buying. We want our children and yours to grow up in a greener, less polluted world.<\/p>

How we\u2019re different<\/h2>

We use natural materials - not plastic - to make children\u2019s clothes and even the packaging we send them in to you. Our supply chain uses renewable energy and we make products to order, to reduce waste.<\/p>

Even when our organic cotton clothes are worn out, they can be sent back to our supplier to be remade into new clothes and products.<\/p>

Planting trees is part of our commitment to sustainability.<\/p>

Where do we plant trees?<\/h2>

To make sure we are planting efforts have the greatest positive impact, our suppliers are partnered with tree-planting projects and organisations like Tree-Nation<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>

\"Mangrove<\/p>

So far, those partnerships have mainly contributed to reforesting large areas of Madagascar. They aim to maintain natural biodiversity and combat deforestation, working where trees are needed most.<\/p>

These trees help stabilise the Madagascan coastline, preserving the environment for native animal species and ecosystems. The project also offers long-term employment for the local people who plant the trees and look after them.<\/p>

How you can take part<\/h2>

All you need to do is choose from our wild selection of organic clothes with playful animal designs which you want to buy and make your order during the tree planting weekend promotion. We run these regularly throughout the year.<\/p>

You don\u2019t need a special code. Our supplier counts up all the orders that take place over the promotion and sends the amount of funding required to plant them to the planting organisations. So which designs will you choose<\/a>?
